Shipping Policy
We offer our customers in Malaysia regular and expedited shipping on all orders. All Malaysian orders are sent from Selangor and shipped with either NinjaVan, Pos Malaysia or Grab. Delivery time is usually 1-5 days and includes tracking.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours after payment has been accepted. However, we cannot guarantee shipping within 24 hours on every purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have shipped your order.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We are only able to update the address of an order if it has not yet been shipped. Moreover, we can only correct faults in the given address, not update to a different address.
It is important to make sure that your address is correct when you place your order. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if your order has shipped and you have provided us with a faulty or incomplete address.
We do not refund nor re-ship shipped orders with faulty/incorrect addresses or that were sent to a temporary address (for example a hotel or motel) and did not arrive in time before the end of your stay. Please make sure to state a shipping address where you can receive the shipment for at least 2 months from the date of the order placement.
FULFILLMENT & RETURNS
The Happy Pouch Sdn. Bhd. (”Mantapp”) operates the website, www.Mantapp.com (“The Website”). The Fulfillment & Returns Policies (“Policies”) below are valid for every product order that a consumer places on The Website.
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Policies. You also certify that you acknowledge the information about personal data according to the Mantapp's Privacy Policy.
The Happy Pouch Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change these Policies at any time. Every change will be published on The Website and is valid from when you accept the Policies through a new order. The applicable consumer protection regulations and data protection regulations apply to all purchases made by consumers on The Website.
Note: Mantapp only ships to Malaysian addresses through The Website. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
RETURNS POLICY
OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must contact us first if you want to return or exchange your products. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address on the site.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or contact us on the contact page first.
GIFTS
If your order contains a gift or gift card, we have the right to withdraw the gift or deduct the cost of the gift when the order is cancelled or refunded.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should contact us to get the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

ORDER AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Policies. The purchase agreement will only be concluded after your order has been confirmed by Mantapp through a confirmation e-mail to the email address you provided when placing the order. Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to be able to enter into a contract with Mantapp and the contract can only be concluded with consumers with a delivery address in Malaysia.
AGE-LIMIT
People under the age of 18 are not permitted to place orders at The Website. When shopping, you will need to verify your age when completing the purchase, through third-party AgeChecker software. In addition to confirming your age yourself, you as a cardholder need to be 18 years or older to complete the transaction.
An order made in another person’s name (falsification of a document), or in any other way that causes Mantapp to risk a financial damage, will be reported to the authorities. Mantapp reserves the right to refuse to carry out an order if irregularities or misuse of our order function are suspected.
PRICES AND FEES
All prices and costs on The Website are charged in MYR (RM), including the product prices throughout The Website and the shipping costs. Special fees may apply in case of an unredeemed package.
Before completing your order at the checkout, the costs for your order, including applicable taxes, will be calculated.
PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE (PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY)
The card payment at The Website is carried out by Mantapp's payment provider, Paypal.
MANTAPP PERSONAL DATA HANDLING
Personal data is handled according to the Mantapp's Privacy Policy. By ordering products on The Website you confirm that you have read and accepted the Mantapp's privacy policy and that the personal data you have stated is correct.
UNREDEEMED PACKAGE/SHIPMENT (DELIVERY DENIED)
A package shipped according to our Shipping Policy that is denied delivery or fails delivery for any reason, will either be sent back to Mantapp or discarded if you have not been able to redeem it. Unredeemed packages are usually not seen as an exercise of your rights of return. If a package is returned to sender due to failure to accept delivery or due to incorrect address as provided by the customer, the customer is not eligible for return and must pay postage to reship package.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
If a product differs from the purchase agreement or does not otherwise correspond to the description provided by Mantapp, you have the right to make a complaint about the product to Mantapp.
In that case you’re welcome to make a complaint about your product. You can contact our customer service team by sending an email to MantappMy@gmail.com. Please provide your order number in the email subject line.
The right of complaint only includes faults at delivery (and not faults that for instance occurred due to the product’s expired shelf life or due to normal wear and tear). You need to notify Mantapp about the fault within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the fault and at the latest two (2) months after you received the product. Mantapp therefore recommends you to carefully inspect products directly upon receiving them.
Depending on the type of product fault we may require you to provide photographic proof. Throughout the reclamation period you are required to retain original packaging, packing slip, and the products in question.
Depending on the extent of the damage you will be able to get a replacement, remediation, or a price reduction. For further claims, exceeding the costs of the product, Mantapp will act in accordance with applicable consumer purchase law.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
For issues regarding transport damages to be resolved as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to keep the product packaging for inspection. To be able to claim a reclamation on products you also need to prove your purchase from The Website, for instance through the order confirmation or receipt Mantapp sent to the e-mail address you provided in connection with your purchase. We may also request photographic proof of damages.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When shopping online as a consumer, you generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The right of withdrawal, however, does not apply to the purchase of products which are perishable goods with a limited shelf life, such as oral nicotine products.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at MantappMy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping cost for the return shipping label will be deducted from the return refund amount, when and if the return is approved. See refunds below.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened or used products. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund the amount.
FORCE MAJEURE
Mantapp is not required to fulfill the purchase agreement if the fulfillment is complicated due to an event outside of the reasonable control of Mantapp (e.g., changed legislation, government measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, floods, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events). Such circumstances also relieve Mantapp from the obligation to pay compensation. If these circumstances last longer than two (2) months, both the consumer and Mantapp have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
PRICE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
Mantapp strives to make sure that all information provided on The Website is correct, but with reservations for limited availabilities and possible errors in pictures or writing (e.g., errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices, or erroneous information about stock availability). Mantapp furthermore reserves the right to correct such errors at any time and change or update information. All pictures on The Website are intended as illustrations and cannot guarantee the exact appearance or condition of the product.
REVIEWS
By submitting a product review on The Website, you give Mantapp the right to publish it on The Website and other channels and media. Mantapp also reserves the right to not publish and/or delete submitted reviews.

Mantapp complies with recommendations from relevant (and recognized) Boards for Consumer Disputes.
Disputes between Mantapp and a consumer may be referred to the applicable and relevant third party arbiter for a judgment. As a last resort, disputes can be resolved through a general court.
